Once the project fee is paid in full to INSIGHTDRIVE TECHNOLOGIES LLP, any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished for inclusion on the website are owned by the firm.  

The Digital Marketing Activities are done by ID is only pertaining to the on-page SEO (If Added to the original invoice/quote. All works within the Wix platform can be done.  

INSIGHTDRIVE TECHNOLOGIES LLP assumes the company has permission from the rightful owner to use any code, scripts, data, and reports are provided by the company for inclusion in its materials and will hold harmless, protect, and defend INSIGHTDRIVE TECHNOLOGIES LLP from any claim or suit arising from the use of such work.  

INSIGHTDRIVE TECHNOLOGIES LLP retains the right to display graphics and other web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects.  

This agreement becomes effective only when signed by agents of the firm and INSIGHTDRIVE TECHNOLOGIES LLP. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, The Firm agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in Kerala and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Kerala.  

The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between The Firm and INSIGHTDRIVE TECHNOLOGIES LLP regarding all items included in this agreement.  

The client shall provide content. If ID develops the content, an additional amount will be charged.  

ID will provide support (including maintenance and updating of existing content only) for 12 months from the date of the website going live.  

The client will issue a work order or an email accepting our proposal and terms. Work will commence after confirmation and receipt of the payment as an advance payment either in full or 50%

The website can be completed in the proposed working days from the date of confirmation of design and providing contents (text, images, and other relevant data required), subject to timely response on corrections, and with no changes to the scope of work mentioned above.  

The Firm agrees that all that can be done within Wix and ID is not responsible for limitations from Wix. Eg. Responsiveness for various screens.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund Policy outlines the rules and regulations for the use of Insightdrive Technologies's Website Development Company in Kochi, Kerala, India.

In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at Insightdrive, you can do so within 24 hrs of the orders placed. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.
Refund Policy
Insightdrive Technologies strives to deliver the highest quality products for our clients. If you at any time in development is not satisfied, you can ask for a refund. In this case, any client who is not satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 45 days from the date of the first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us. No refund will be given if:
•  You have already approved the design mockups or versions shared. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project's specifications.
•  The project delays are caused by a lack of communication from your end.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking / UPI payments refund will be made to the same account.
Web Design & Development
Web design and web development projects require extensive resources, consume our time, and incur a lot of internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Payments for custom design projects (i.e. website designs, individual page mockups and smaller design components within a website, enhancements, additional pages, logo design, etc.) and custom development projects (i.e. PHP programming, WordPress CMS custom development, Laravel projects, WordPress Plugin custom development, HTML static websites, E-commerce websites, etc.) are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client as well as discounted for those who agree to pay in full, but if a project gets canceled, delayed or postponed by the client, then all amount paid will be retained by Insightdrive Technologies and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the client for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. All projects that are completed as defined in the scope of the work are non-refundable. If the client has only paid 50% of the project as a down payment and if the project is completed more than 85%, then the client should pay the full agreed proposal amount to Insightdrive Technologies, if the project gets canceled or if the client is not responding within 30 days of completion. No refund can be given in this scenario.
Web Hosting / Email
Web hosting amount paid by the client on a yearly contract can't be refunded since the payment is made to the 3rd party hosting provider in advance by Insightdrive Technologies and the server is configured as per the needs of the client. Monthly / Quaterly contract can be canceled by informing us at least one month in advance before the renewal date. Once the account is renewed, the client will have to pay for the renewed duration. No refund will be made for the remaining period of the hosting contact if the cancellation request is made after entering the contract period.

Domain registrations
Domain registrations are not eligible for refunds once booking is complete.
